Notes - and his family emigrated from 'Nemezko Chaginsk' which is Russian forKronental North Caucasus. It indicates that the family had $450 and thattheir destination was El Reno, OK (Near Oklahoma City) and they weresponsered by John Stadler.
- Ludwig took out a homestead at NE27-26n-15w, which is immediately westand adjacent to the town of Avard, northern Oklahoma. After his death inOct 1904, Wilhelmina made final application and received ownership ofthis quarter section of land as shown on the Patent Record dated 25 Aug1905. In 1908, Wilhelmina sold one acre to the local school district#140 and the remainder of the quarter section to Fred Link. Wilhelmina'sgrave stone reads "Wilhelmina Wonenberg Link" therefore we assume thatshe married this Fred Link as some point.
